For those of you unacquainted with Ken Edmundson, we use him in our sales training programs. He is also the local leader of TEC (The Executive Committee) a world wide organization made up of CEOs, Presidents, or who ever heads up a company or organization. There are over 8000 members world wide. I spent four years in TEC and thoroughly enjoyed it. Tim Clay is now a member and is benefiting from the training and contact with others in similar positions.

I say all of this to give you a little background on Ken. I have forwarded his e-mail (pdf) to all of you even though he directs it towards sales. The principles apply to anyone in any position. Our minds our incredibly powerful. I completely agree with what he states, and felt that all of you, no matter what position you hold with us, would benefit from his thoughts. Take what he says to heart. I used what he talks about from a very early age. Vision does matter. How you see yourself will effect what you do and how you do it. Try it, you have nothing to lose except any defeatist ideas that might have attached themselves to your self-image, for whatever reason.
