Tim Clay has served as Cornerstone’s President since October 2002 and Chief Operating Officer since 1998. A founding member of Cornerstone, Mr. Clay held the position of Chief Financial Officer since Cornerstone’s inception in 1997. Prior to Cornerstone, he worked for MCS as Controller in 1986 and later as Chief Financial Officer in 1990.

Mr. Clay graduated with honors from the University of Memphis with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration. He has been a CPA for 15 years, a member of the Financial Executive International Organization for 16 years, and a trustee for the Evangelical Christian School for 11 years. He is currently a member of VISTAGE, (formally known as TEC…The Executive Committee), an international association of Chief Executive Officers.
