CORNERSTONE SYSTEMS NAMED INTERMODAL CARRIER OF THE YEAR BY TOYS“R”US, INC.

Memphis, TN, June 18, 2008 -- Cornerstone Systems, a leading nationwide provider of solutions for transportation and logistics, has been awarded the 2007 Intermodal Carrier of the Year award from Toys“R”Us, Inc.

Tessa Lloyd, AVP-Sales for toy company accounts and leader of Cornerstone’s “Toy Team”, is the driving force behind this award.  Lloyd and Cornerstone began doing business with Toys“R”Us, Inc. in September, 1999.  Since then her team has provided exceptional service to the toy retailer.  She has been with the company since it started in 1997.

Toys“R”Us,Inc’s carrier award criteria judged Cornerstone’s Intermodal service level as “Excellent” in terms of Load Acceptance, On-Time Pickup & Delivery, Invoicing, and EDI.  “We are extremely pleased and proud of this award.  Tessa and her team along with everyone in rates, IT, and accounting worked very closely together to put us in a position to win.  This was truly a team effort.  ” said Rick Rodell, Cornerstone Systems chairman and CEO.
