CORNERSTONE SYSTEMS WELCOMES MEMPHIS TRANSPORTATION VETERAN

Memphis, TN, July 15, 2005 -- Cornerstone Systems, a leading nationwide provider of solutions for transportation and logistics, announces the appointment of Wayne Hamm as account executive in the Memphis, Tennessee home office.

Mr. Hamm, a long-time resident of Memphis, will provide intermodal, railcar, trucking, and logistics services to existing clients, and also hopes to increase Cornerstone’s market share of the Memphis transportation industry.
