By definition Business Continuity is the activity performed by an organization to ensure that critical business functions will be available to customers, suppliers, regulators, and other entities that must have access to those functions.  What if a disaster occurs?  Are you working with a company with a business continuity plan?

With multiple levels of redundancy, Cornerstone Systems’ infrastructure (network, system and security) is protected by a well-constructed disaster recovery plan already in place to keep your business moving forward.

Reliability is the key to Cornerstone’s success.  When it comes down to moving freight, you can depend on us.

We want to provide our customers with the best transportation solutions available.  The only way we know how to accomplish that is to have proven professionals, backed up by the latest in technological services.

Our business continuity plan includes utilizing server virtualization and SANS blade servers.  This provides redundancy and fast recovery in the event of hardware failures.  Cornerstone’s corporate office (Memphis, Tennessee) is also the location of a large battery backup system (UPS) in conjunction with a 400kW generator.  A secondary 125KW generator is configured as a failsafe backup.  This ensures systems availability in the event of a total power loss.

Wait…there’s more…Cornerstone also has a co-location in Dallas, Texas in which all systems and data are replicated on a daily basis.  This replicated “hot-site” in Texas provides 100% systems availability in the event of a catastrophic disaster.

So what does this mean to you?  No disruption.  No data loss.  No downtime.  Cornerstone Systems has Rock Solid Technology in place to keep you one step ahead of the unexpected.
