I
met with John Pesavento today and wanted
to pass on how very pleased IMS is with
our performance on the container project.
John said they had a staff meeting a week
ago and when they discussed the project
and how Cornerstone has impacted their
operation, the president of the company,
Tom O’Hara said “why didn’t
we do this sooner?!” They could
not be happier with every facet of our
program, especially communications and
the fact when there is a ‘bump’
in the road we don’t look to them
to solve the problem, but rather we offer
them options on how to solve. John also
mentioned the warehouse phase of the project
is totally seamless to them and they couldn’t
be happier. He mentioned Jason and Stephanie
are great to deal with and they are already
coming to us for additional projects coming
up.So here’s a big WELL DONE to
Team Portsmouth!!
